Cancellation and Replacement
Cancellation
- Order once placed can be cancelled within 6 hours only. For cancellation requests, please get in touch with us at order@vanpro.in. We do not accept cancellation via phone call/SMS.
- You cannot cancel an order after its shipment, or once the product has been dispatched.
- Once the order has been cancelled, the refund will be initiated immediately
- A lot of effort goes into ensuring that you get good quality produce. So, we humbly request you to co-operate with us in this regard.
Returns/Replacements
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Please furnish the image and details of the defect.
- Please reach out to us at customercare@vanpro.in, we will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.
- If the refund is approved, you will receive the payment within 7 to 10 working days.
- If you don’t receive the refund within 10 working days of your returning the item, please contact us at customercare@vanpro.in with the subject name “Complaint”.
