Good Agriculture Practices

Good agricultural practice (GAP) is a system of agriculture with a number of principles to apply for on-farm production that results in safe and healthy food while taking into account economic, social, and environmental sustainability, too. At Vanadurgi Farms, vegetables and fruits are cultivated as per the GAP system without using harmful pesticides, insecticides, genetically modified seeds, and sewage sludge. Diseases and pests are controlled naturally, with the use of bio-control agents, and through crop rotation. Innovation and a greater need to conserve resources are vital to follow good agricultural practises. At Vanadurgi Farms, an internal control system is followed wherein each and every step of cultivation and supply chain is monitored to provide good food to consumers.
